Your Information
Privacy Policy
Effective June 12, 2026
The short version: we collect only what you type into our two forms, we use it to manage your tenancy and fix things in your home, and we never sell it. This site sets no cookies and runs no ads or analytics trackers.
What we collect
Everything we collect through this site comes from you, through two forms:
- Tenant Registration — your name, email, phone, property address and unit, move-in date, an emergency contact's name and phone, and any notes you choose to add (such as household members, pets, or accessibility needs).
- Work Order Request — your name, phone, email if you provide it, property address and unit, a description of the issue, its urgency, whether we may enter if you're not home, and any access notes (such as pets or schedule).
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. We don't use those logs to identify or profile you.
What we don't collect
- No cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers — none.
- No payment or banking information through this site.
- No information from anyone other than what you submit yourself.
How we use it
We use your information to maintain accurate tenancy records, schedule and perform maintenance, contact you about your home, and reach your emergency contact if something serious happens and we can't reach you. That's it.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are delivered to our property-management workspace on monday.com, where our office manages registrations and work orders. This website is hosted by Vercel. Both are established providers with their own published security and privacy practices; we don't store your submissions anywhere else.
Who can see it
Our office staff, and the maintenance personnel who work on your request — including our affiliated contractor, Integrated Contracting & Renovations — receive the details they need to do the job, such as your address, the issue, and your access notes. We may also share information when a lease, law, or legal process requires it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
For the duration of your tenancy, and afterward as needed for ordinary business records and legal obligations connected to the lease.
Your choices
- You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the office. Some records tied to an active lease or a legal obligation may need to be kept.
- If you list an emergency contact, please make sure they're aware you've shared their name and number with us.
- Forms on this site are intended for adult leaseholders, not children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. A big change — like using a new kind of service provider — would also be communicated directly to tenants.
